Examination

The Examination Section of a Health University plays a central role in ensuring the smooth, transparent, and efficient conduct of all academic examinations across various programs. It is responsible for planning, scheduling, and conducting theory, practical, and clinical examinations in line with the academic calendar. The section takes care of the secure printing and distribution of question papers, coordination with exam centers, appointment of examiners, and maintenance of strict confidentiality and fairness throughout the process. Beyond examinations, it oversees the evaluation of answer scripts, timely announcement of results, and processing of revaluation or recounting requests, thereby safeguarding the credibility of the university’s academic assessment system. The section also manages the issuance of degree certificates, provisional certificates, and transcripts to graduates, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Heading this section is the Registrar (Evaluation), who plays a key role in upholding the integrity and transparency of the examination system. The Registrar ensures that policies related to examinations and evaluations are implemented effectively, monitors the evaluation process, and addresses grievances related to results and assessments. They also supervise the preparation of merit lists, oversee convocation-related certification processes, and ensure that the examination system aligns with the rules set by the university authorities and national regulatory bodies. By maintaining strict academic standards, the Examination Section under the leadership of the Registrar (Evaluation) acts as the backbone of the university’s academic credibility..
