RGUHS Academic and Administrative Training Institute (RAATI)

The springboard of our University's academic culture has given the RGUHS Academic & Administrative Training Institute a jumpstart to foray into a range of Learning & Development innovations. As an archetype of this university's innovative streak, RAATI carries the baton of the university's commitment to innovation and is in the process of establishing a vanguard position on the frontiers of academic foresight. Building on the dispassionate evidence of faculty empowerment practices, RAATI has harmonised the emerging trends of technology with the scholastic capital of traditional learning. The training verticals range from those that are purely on-site to those which are completely online. Harnessing the ideas of microlearning, the RAATI courses intend to build flexibility of pace into academic rigour.

RAATI conducts courses on-site, hybrid, and online.

The on-site courses are Basic Course in Educational Methodology (BCEM) of two-day duration at the affiliated colleges. It is also proposed to conduct a Basic Course in Research Methodology (BCRM), and a Basic Course in Educational Leadership (BCEL) for the faculty. The hybrid courses include Short Course in Educational Methodology (SCEM), which is now proposed to be upgraded as Advanced Course in Educational Methodology (ACEM), and the Fellowship in Health Professionals' Education (FHPE), which is starting from the academic year 2025-26.

The online courses include Foundation Course in Educational Methodology (FCEM) for the faculty, Foundation Course in Educational Methodology – Post graduates (FCEM-PG), Foundation Course in Research Methodology – Post graduates (FCRM-PG).
